Have you recently pulled your hamstring or felt your back ‘go’?
If you want to get out of pain quickly, and you don’t have time to commit to to a full rehab programme, then our two-week quick recovery programme can help you get back on track.
This is suitable for you if you’ve a short-term problem, such as a pain in your neck, a mild ankle sprain, or maybe a ‘tweak’ in your back which came on after a long drive. (£1,250)
WHAT’S POSSIBLE IN TWO WEEKS?
We can often make quick improvements with manipulation and soft tissue techniques and help joint swelling to decrease so you can get back to walking better on your ankle.
Not all problems can be resolved within two weeks, but we can certainly help you to get comfortable again. If you have many underlying issues, or a more chronic problem, then we may be advising a longer course of care.
During the two weeks, you’ll receive all that you need (such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, myofascial release and exercise prescription.) Sometimes we’ll add in some tools such as functional electrical muscle stimulation or TENS.
