Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur the full appointment fee.
Insurance Patients
• Insurance‑covered appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a £100 late‑cancellation fee, charged directly to the patient.
• This applies regardless of insurance coverage, as insurers do not reimburse for missed or late‑cancelled sessions.
